The directors of Reach Performing Arts have enjoyed long and successful careers in choreography and direction within professional theatre.
Rosita Yarboy
- Trained in ballet, tap, modern and street and went on to enjoy success in the West End as a dancer in Cats, Bubbling Brown Sugar, The Royalty Follies and Brazil Tropical.
- She partnered Wayne Sleep in a major dance tour and Bruce Forsyth at the London Palladium.
- On television, she was the lead dancer in An American In Paris and an original member of The Second Generation. She also appeared in countless TV variety shows and films, including Little Shop of Horrors.
- Among the shows she has choreographed are Tapping Harlem, Girls On Tap, Houdini - The Musical, Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story (Tokyo), Dinomime, Rosemarie on tour, World Culture Festival (Milan) and Vivas International (Japan).
- She has choreographed pantomimes throughout the country for, amongst others, Qdos, E & B Productions and Jim Davidson.
- She choreographed Jack and The Beanstalk in Northampton starring Joe Pasquale and Rock Your Soul to Broadway for Centre Parcs.
- Rosita was responsible for the dance casting on a tour and West End production of Fame.
- She has taught at several stage schools including Italia Conti, Arts Educational, Mountview, Guildford and the Sylvia Young Theatre School, where, as head of tap, her pupils have included Denise Van Outen, Emma Bunton, Billie Piper and Nick Berry.
Paul Mills
- West End credits include Peter Pan with Susannah York and Ron Moody, Jesus Christ Superstar, Anything Goes, Café Puccini, The Normal Heart, Run For Your Wife, Orphans with Albert Finney, Rick’s Bar, Casablanca, Jolson and The Goodbye Girl.
- He has been manager of the West End theatres; The Fortune, Duchess, Garrick and Savoy and was general manager of Cats at the New London Theatre.
- Paul has directed Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in many countries worldwide.
- He has directed pantomimes from Aberdeen to Tel Aviv. Other directing credits worldwide include Commitment and The Dumb Waiter, Ilford, Oh! Calcutta!, Over The Rainbow at the Edinburgh Festival, Jolson in Toronto, a tour of Sweet Home Chicago as well as Rock ‘n’ Roll shows in Spain.
- His work in the U.S.A. led to him being asked to become consultant for the American Theatre Network.
- He been a director the BBC - One Night Of Shakespeare and for Shakespeare for Schools.
- He has taught at the London School Of Musical Theatre, the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama and at a RADA Shakespeare summer course.
- Paul is an examiner for Trinity Guildhall, for whom he has undertaken tours of Australia and India as well as examining throughout the U.K
